The Coven Collaborative is a digital gathering place for independent Practitioners, creators, and curious minds to share what they know, explore what they don’t, and build something together.

If you’re thinking about bringing your practice into the Coven, we’d love to get to know you. This is a chance to tell us what lights you up, what you’re working on, and what you’d like to create alongside others.

Start here

A word from the founder

Before we get to know you, here’s a chance to get to know me and the Coven. I’ll share what inspired this community, what we value, how Practitioner membership works, and what it means to be part of the collaborative.

The video goes here. Add its link in the file and it appears in this frame.

Section one

Let’s meet properly

Take your time with the questions below. We’re not looking for perfect answers or polished pitches. We’re looking for people who are excited to contribute, stay curious, and grow together.

What’s your business, practice, or brand called?

A website, the socials you actually use, a podcast, a shop, a video of you doing the thing. Whatever gives us the clearest picture. One per line.

Section two

What you’d bring

Live gatherings are at the heart of the Coven. Some experiences are one-time events: a conversation you host, a workshop you teach, or a circle you facilitate. Others unfold over several weeks, giving people space to explore, practice, and build on what they’re learning together.

There’s room for different formats and approaches, including experiences that continue beyond the live gathering itself. What matters is creating something intentional, engaging, and worth sharing.

Is there something you’ve run before, elsewhere or in another form, that you’d want to bring back here? And what ideas are you turning over for something new? A rough list is plenty. It doesn’t need a name or a catchy theme, that’s something we can work out together.

Who tends to show up for your work, what you’ve led before, communities you’ve been part of, why a collaborative one appeals. Whatever of that feels worth saying. We’ll look you up either way, so skip it if you’d rather.

Section three

Values

We believe growth was never meant to happen alone. The intention behind the coven is to create a place for people to gather, exchange ideas, share what they know, and discover what becomes possible when curiosity, creativity and contribution are allowed to flow freely. Five values hold that up, and they apply to everyone here, whether you’re leading a session or you just turned up to listen.

Flow

Ideas, knowledge, creativity and opportunity are meant to move. Growth happens through exchange, participation and exploration. When people share what they know, create together and stay open to new perspectives, momentum follows.

Own Your Flame

Every person carries unique gifts, perspectives and experiences worth sharing. Owning your flame means trusting your voice, embracing what makes you different, and contributing authentically without shrinking yourself to fit someone else’s expectations.

Check Your Ego

Growth begins when we stop needing to have all the answers. We value curiosity over certainty, participation over performance, and contribution over recognition. Leaving room for others makes space for deeper learning, stronger relationships and more meaningful collaboration.

Follow the Spark

Curiosity is an invitation to explore. We encourage experimentation, discovery and the pursuit of what feels alive. New ideas, opportunities and paths forward often begin with a single spark worth following.

Containers of Care

Meaningful growth requires environments where people feel supported, respected and encouraged to participate fully. We intentionally create spaces that balance openness with structure, offering care without limiting exploration and support without removing ownership.

As a business owner or creator, what values guide how you work, with clients, students, or whoever shows up for you?

Values agreement

Do you agree to hold these same values, both as a member of this community and as someone leading within it?

Section four

The practical part

Is it worth it?

Play with the numbers and see how Practitioner membership might fit your practice. Adjust the sessions, ticket prices, and attendance to explore different possibilities. These are examples, not earnings promises.

Your membership tier

Your activity

2
$40
8
Gross a month $640 2 sessions, 16 seats
After the $100 fee $540 you keep this
Seats to cover it 3 of 16 available

3 of 16 seats covers the fee. The rest is yours.

Coven Members get in free. We don’t charge anyone to join the coven. That way, when someone turns up to your session, their money goes to you.

Your membership is a flat fee, not a commission. We take no percentage of what you charge. Whatever payment processor you use will have its own fees.

The fee

Founding Practitioner membership begins at $100 a month for your first three months. The planned standard rate is $200 a month after that introductory period, with the membership model reviewed at the three month mark. We’ll communicate any confirmed changes clearly before they take effect.

If this moves forward, when could you realistically start?

Section five

Last word

Anything we should know before we begin, and anything from the video you want to talk through. Questions are welcome here, not a bad sign.

Read by a person. We’ll be in touch about what comes next.

That’s in

Thank you for the time it took to answer all that properly. We read every one ourselves and come back either way.

If it’s a yes, the next thing we’ll send you is a page called Set Your Table, where you give us your branding and your first session. Nothing to do about that until you hear from us.
